Customer Care

We are committed to creating an excellent customer experience, actively trying to best ensure your satisfaction and delightful interaction with Kilianware ceramics. We are committed to responding to all questions within 24 hours of reception through the medium we were contacted. We allow cancellations for up to 4 hours after the purchase timestamp. We are dedicated to transparency with all accountability and willing to absorb risks in shipping fragile wares to you.

Wholesale Inquiries

Kilianware ceramics has partnered with several vendors in the past and continues to explore wholesaling opportunities. Due to the increasing abuse of wholesaling relationships and brand minimalization, we have a rigorous process in vetting those "serious" from those just wanting to make a buck or receive a discount. Initially, retailers receive 40% off the gross retail amount of items ordered once accepted under our wholesaling agreement; a minimum order of ten items and a year-long commitment to a mutual advertisement is required to receive the 40%. Please email us (info@kilianware.com) or phone us (+1 434-352-1665) for more information and direction.
